I used to work with a guy who's voice mail greeting was "Hi, this is <name> and my time is valued at $XXX per hour - if you're a sales person and you're willing to pay that rate (1 hour minimum) for my time to listen to your sales speech, please leave a message with detailed invoice information and a phone number where I can reach you."
