HELP!!!!!!

My MH365 has been working flawlessly until today.  When I plug in my cutter and hit the cut button a box pops up and reads "CANNOT OPEN THE OUTPUT DEVICE." "ERROR INITIALIZING CUTTER".  I have switched out usb cords from old to new ones and nothing.  Reinstalled software still nothing.  Rebooted computer, also went back to a restore point and still nothing.  Losing money here, please help.

Which COM port # has been assigned to your USB connection? Did you verify it has not changed to a different COM #? Have you matched up that COM# with the OutPut device setup in SignBlazer?

Got it worked out.  Finally figured out where my settings to change ports.  Thanks for the support!!!!!  Like I have always said this place is awesome.
