my MH1351 cuts edge in zig zag

Recommended Posts

My MH1351 cuts edge in zig zag, and won`t close some letters in the middle, I use CASE MATE, but I don`t know how to adjust the offset in the cutter or in the software. Can you help me, please?

P.S. I`ve had read all the postings and I can`t find the solution to this problem.

White wheels behind the carriage are ON the tracks- not in front of them....

Feed rollers tight? Feed roller sprocket tight? Loose belt?

even though it works fine with signblazer, to me it would make sense to be a problem with all programs if it was a cutter problem.
