Done some more stickers for a company over here in the uk, i had to do loads but i loved doing it

Maybe I missed something... but how'd you get the red vinyl on the backing of the other colored vinyl without app tape? Or if app tape was used, how you'd remove it?!?!

ok so i cheated, although i know now how to do it properly.......i didnt then. I actually peeled back the paper of the red letting and applied it that way. I wont be doing that again tho. I know how to do it the right way

Do you mean you applied an inset of solid red vinyl where the bottom lettering was going to go before you cut it?

And what about perfect registration?

I could see it register if... You cut out silver strips, then lay on red strips in it's place, so one sheet of vinyl is silver,red,silver, red... then cut all letters at the same time.
