cutting dotted lines insted of solid lines ?

i have had my refine MH1351 for about a week now and i have noticed that when i cut out immages or logos some of the lines cut are dotted .. like along letters .. about 80% it cuts fine but some letters edges are cut like dotted lines ? is this a proablem with the image or am i cutting to fast or somthing ?

If you don't get a clean clear image to work with when you trace it will pick up the lighter lines as a broken path instead of a line.BUt if it's doing it on the text too,it could be the speed is too high and making the blade skip instead of cut.

ok thanks for the suggestion i ll try cutting some of the stuff over at a much slower speed and see if it eliminates the proablem .. thanks for the help
