need to make an outline around this window, the black part...where the rust is at is getting fixed and i wanna put a 1.5 inch chrome border around the black part. i can size it later if i can get some help im having no luck making it look good...tallest pt to lowest pt is 16" ......widest pt is 9" thats the measurments around the black rubber. thanks
