just starting up a pnc 1100 software isnt working and programs work with this with out a gongle

just bought this roland pnc 1100 camm-1 cutter.. not having any sucesss to get it going with out the cocut program working .. the software says it looking for the dongle with the necessary unlock code... does corel draw work with this and can I get it to work with nit serial port on my computer? i bought a parallel converter will this work.. or do I need the serial post to operate it?

Yes, you have to get the software working first,...  Or it cannot communicate with your cutter. 

 

You could probably use Signblazer , which is free for your cutter.
