mabscotthandyman 1,410 Posted August 17, 2013 You can use several materials mdo sign board , diabond or .0.40 or thicker aluminum sheet . Use a premium vinyl oracal 751 or 951 for long life of the vinyl in a area with a lot of sun exposure you can coat it with frog juice for uv protection.
SignJunky 10 Posted August 18, 2013 I know price depends on region, but if buying the materials, how do you guys price this? Do you just figure your material cost then add labor or do you price according to other competitors?

I do a 100% markup on substrate plus labor and install my prices are $50.00 per man hour labor on installs etc.
