from Corel to SVG to Signcut - outline issues

I do a design in Corel Draw, letters with OUTLINES.

 

I save it as SVG to open with signcut and my outline is very tiny compared to the CDR / SVG file

 

it opens OK in inkscape and exporting to signcut, it does the same

 

what am I doing wrong? 

 

I have attached my SVG file.    cna't upload cdr's.

I have joined curves, welded and all the same thing.  probably something minor but can't figure it out.

OK,  i was forgetting to convert outline to an object.

 

you learn something every day I guess in these hobble's part time gigs.
