Cannot get plotter to work

I have a 721  It will halfway work with USB but plots only part of design then goes wacky...But i cant for the life of me make it work with parrallel or serial cables?  I need serious help with this

You might try the NEW USB to serial driver we have available on our web site. uscutter.com

Download and install the driver- reboot the computer and turn the cutter off then back on.
