SignBlazer will open but not show up in Cut?

Had someone create 2 EPS files for me.  I can import it to Sign Blazer but when I send it to cut, it does not show up, and then when I click FINISH to go back, it is gone.....anybody know what might be going on and how I can fix?

Sounds like bad nodes in the file. I have seen where nodes on top of each other cause this.

Can you post the file?   Try drawing your box around it all to highlight it and hit the weld button and see if that helps?
