Help with Sundancer logo

I need a Sundancer logo.  I found one on brands of the world, but that particular file (listed in the link below) will not open / import in Sign Blazer. (if the link doesnt work, search sundancer on BOTW and its the only result in there)

 

Could I talk someone into vectorizing this for me.  Thanx a million - Ive got the boat sitting here in my yard, rady to apply....but now im stuck on this.
