arfdltr6 0 Posted April 11, 2013 I am trying to weed some letters for some signs. I am having a problem with some of the letters ripping. I slowes the cutting speed and even increased the down force. Also has a new blade in the cutter. Any ideas of what I could do or what the problem would be. Im guessing I am doing something wrong. Thanks Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Dakotagrafx 7,297 Posted April 11, 2013 picture please - without seeing it make sure there is no bits in the holder (blade spins freely, maybe add a drop or 3in1 oil while in there) or too much blade is common - but we really are a visual group here and need pictures Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
