Cutter will not jog with signcut

So, I have had my cutter hooked up since 2008 and everything has been fine even when upgrading operating system. Well I just got a new computer installed signcut, drivers, etc... and it sees the cutter and has a com port assigned but the cutter will not jog when I try to set my registration marks.

 

Any ides would be much appreciated. I am just about ready to scream.

I fixed it. Reinstalled again
