MH871 cutter binds up vinyl in the middle when trying to cut.

I bought a MH871 and when I first got it the cutter worked fine. But since I have moved my office and I tried to use the cutter it tends to cut all the way thru the vinyl and it also binds / crinkles the vinyl in the middle when all the roller wheels are down. I have tried everything I can think of and I think I am just making it worse. Does anyone here have any suggestions.

Keep an eye on the "dead spot" right in the middle of the cutter, where the grit rollers on the bottom have a seam.

You cannot place your center pressure roller wheel directly above this space.

If this started after you moved.... make sure the carriage rollers didn't come off the track when you moved
