buckeyenewb 2 Posted November 28, 2012 does anyone know of a trick to handle this problem, I ordered some vinyl, when got them they are wrapped around small tube and when try to cut every foot or so there are bubble. Tried to squeegie out the bubble some success but not the best. I apprecite any tips or tricks on this, Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
vinylmotivations 143 Posted November 30, 2012 Just cut it as is. This is called tunnelling and is normal with some vinyls especially specialty and mylar based films. It should and most likely will be fine. Just keep it clean and dry... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
