Is this a font or a custom letter?

I need to get this S, I don't know if it is a font or a custom letter. I have been digging around on dafont but It is getting tiresome searching for a font with no known name. I have tried key words like diamond, spike, western, barbed wire etc. and no luck. If anyone knows what this is any input would be great. In the mean time I guess I will look a little more then just try and create it from scratch.
