looking for advice on an online proofing site

Hi all, is anyone using an online artwork proof service like proofhq or conceptshare?

These are the two that I come across searching google.

I used the sample on proofhq, although it just seems to busy. I'd like something a little simpler.

I have made to many simple (costly) errors lately due to my poor workflow (email, text messages, voicemails, text pics, facebook post and messages...)

I have subbed some print jobs to Fastsigns and they usually send me an online artwork proof with choices to reject, approve, approve with changes (which are notes that I leave)

I don't mind paying a small monthly for a clean, simple, easy to use for the customer.

I am currently converting my shop over to signvox and eliminating all these types of problems. If you are a full time shop look into it.

Thanks mopar691, That looks very nice but more than I want at this time. I did consider eonworkflow once, similar to the one you mentioned.

For me, I just want a simple online artwork approval option.
