SignCut Crashing - file too large or too complex?

Hello,

I've been encountering serious performance lags on files that I am trying to cut, and I am wondering what the known limitations are. I am trying to cut a file that is a 10 color .eps. it is roughly 30mb, and there are 27,820 paths. Do any of those number seem too large?

Also, if its worth noting, Im on a Macbook Pro 2.4 GHz intel Core i5 with 4gb ram. OSX 10.8.2.

I am running the most recent build of SignCut.
