Darbrown 0 Posted September 22, 2012 Here's the problem we are having. We have the Pcut cr730 and we are trying to cut stencils out of 6.5 mil mylar. We have adjusted the speed to 40 ,the pressure is 181,adjusted the blade depth and we have it cut at least 4 passes using a 60 degree blade. It will not cut the stencil material consistently, it either gouges through the mylar and the backing or it just scores the mylar. Any suggestions? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
