We are beginning to see this Knucklehead and thanks for the welcome!
  2. Here's the problem we are having. We have the Pcut cr730 and we are trying to cut stencils out of 6.5 mil mylar. We have adjusted the speed to 40 ,the pressure is 181,adjusted the blade depth and we have it cut at least 4 passes using a 60 degree blade. It will not cut the stencil material consistently, it either gouges through the mylar and the backing or it just scores the mylar. Any suggestions?

Hello everyone! We recently purchased a plotter with hopes and dreams of doing stencils...Not so much. We have almost used all of the mylar we purchased though! YAY! Unfortunately it's all trash. Live and Learn. We look forward to learning from everyone and hopefully ya'll can help us realize our dream! LOL! We work during the day and try to figure out the plotter at night. We have a small country gift shop with 95% of our merchandise being hand-made. Our thought process for purchasing the plotter was to enable us to have a quicker turn around time on our custom ordered signs and to save us some money by allowing us to create our own stencils. Not much else to say about us except...Help!
