mb20music 760 Posted April 25, 2012 Yes you still layer the decals with paper tape, paper tape is preferred by most people when doing wet installs because the application fluid will evaporate when using paper tape - with the clear, the fluid does not evaporate. vinylmotivations 143 Posted April 25, 2012 Anytime I do a wet install, and layering is required- I always layer said item on whatever it is being installed on, rather than trying to play the alignment game on the backing. Makes for cleaner install. Also then the app tape doesnt pull up the bottom layer around the edges of the top layer. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
