have you worked your way thru all the steps here?

http://start.uscutter.com/

yes all each one by one but it doesent seem to do any thing I saved my setup and everything can load onto the cut area and then press cut and receive the tile but when I push on the tile it just sits there and does nothing.

should have "REFINE MH721" and do you have "Blazer.com 6" or "Blazer .com 7" in the output device list or is there any Blazer.com in the list?
