CoCut Pro 2011 Scaling issues

Hey everyone, I just installed CoCut Pro 2011 and Corel Draw X5 on a brand new computer. The Computer is running Windows 7, 64bit. I am having a weird issue with scaling of anything I try and send to my plotter. My plotter is a Copam 2500. The problem is that when I cut someting through CoCut the final product is cut approximately 50% of the original size that is shown on the screen in both Corel and CoCut. For instance I cut a design that on my screen shows that it was supposed to be 2"x6" but the final product on my plotter came out to be 1"x3". Has anyone else had this kind of an issue or knows a solution?
