SurberSigns 24 Posted March 15, 2012 the intruction manual is HORRIBLE... doesnt tell you a thing.... i dont know if its me or if they sent me TWO of the same stands. i try to put both small vinyl holder arms on and it seems like one is right and the other is backwards or upside down...... i dont get how your suppose to make the vinyl hanger right... the thing with 3 holes in each.
