Rodger 527 Posted March 2, 2012 There are videos about InkScape ( free software ) on youtube that explains making stuff . Stripes like that are E-Z to make in the software I use ( SignBlazer . ) . Once you see the basic way to make/alter things , any software should be able to do the same . Flexi Starter is the most basic software i have tried & think it is primarily a cutting tool , but would do that . Flexi Pro is the top of the line design/cut softare .
