shane94 0 Posted December 20, 2011 We are printing on Sihl 3988 with a epson 7890 pigment inks (epson inks). We have been putting Oraguard210 over it to protect it and so far the test stickers that have been outside for 2+ months still look brand new and we have had a ton of rain. My question I noticed that if you do not put the laminate ontop of the sihl if you lick your finger and rub the ink will smudge. I believe it it more excess ink then anything because you can take a piece of it and run it under water and a good bit of ink will roll off it but when all the ink that is gonna wash off washes off the image looks fine still. If its too much ink does anyone have a suggested profile to use or setup? Right now we have it at: Paper Type: Double Weight Matte (they don't have anything for viny that i see) Print quality: level 3 print quality: Fine 720x720dpi color adjustment: Epson Standard (sRGB) not sure if thats what you need a bit of a newbie but learing Thanks! shane
