MH721 Freaking out

Ok here is what is going on with it. When I received my plotter only half of the lcd screen worked. The left half was all white. This was ok to me. I could deal with that. Now the screen only stays on for random amounts of time. When the screen goes out the whole machine stops responding completely. Any advice as to what to do?

if under warranty, put in a support ticket and get it fixed. Or call them Monday.

make sure there is not a loose wire somewhere.
