j1shotz88 0 Posted July 23, 2011 I just recently purchased a copam 2500. installed all drivers and signcut. plugged everything in turned plotter and computer on, but the plotter doesnt turn on. no lights noises nothing. using keyspan adapter also tried both with mac and windows. Rodger 527 Posted July 23, 2011 take a meter & make sure there is power coming to the end of the power cord where it plugs into the cutter . After that ,if you don't want to wait to talk to USCutter Monday , I would take some covers off & look for a fuse . If it is a power supply that is bad , they can ship you 1 .
