graphiccuts 0 Posted January 27, 2008 Hi, I have a MH-721 and CroelDraw 12 but i'm having trouble getting the plotter set up to cut with coreldraw. It tries to cut but just cuts a series of lines never an image. Also i am unsure how to vectorize or get the image ready for cutting. If someone could help me cut my first one from corel draw that would be great.

Guest fivestar Posted January 27, 2008 Yes you've got to vectorize a raster image (.jpg .gif. bmp). You can use the "trace" feature in Draw to do that. Remember each color has to be cut seperately and applied seperately. Maybe post a pic of what you are wanting to cut and let some people on here help you out with vectorizing it. graphiccuts 0 Posted January 27, 2008 Hi, I'm not trying any particular image. So are you telling me to open the image i'm planning on cutting then select the image go to bitmaps in the menu then trace image when the trace screen comes up fix the image how i want it.....then do i save and open in signblazer or can i cut directly from draw? I'm trying to cut and everything from draw. Thanks
