Can you cut stencils out with these cutters?

I need to cut out stencils for someone wanting to paint text on rough board. (Doesn't think vinyl will stick to it). If so what material would you use and what blade size? Thanks for any help I can get here.

I used my us cutter laserpoint 24 with adhesive vinyl to make a stencil with words.. I used a regular blade, normal pressure. Cut normal(no reverse), and weed.

I'm an airbrush artist and do this all the time, use Oracal 813 spraymask for flat surfaces or 811 I think it is or 810 for rounded surfaces like helmets, tanks etc.

Normal pressure and blad settings. It's pliable and flexible like sign vinyl but is made for your application.
