I need to cut out stencils for someone wanting to paint text on rough board. (Doesn't think vinyl will stick to it). If so what material would you use and what blade size? Thanks for any help I can get here.

This video was great, I can now cut some graphics. I have watched it , many times and keep missing the clean up part of the video. How do you get the lines you donot want to disappear. I keep missing where it goes from the green pen tool to the select and then to object, but then what?

I finally got it to install. I'm sure I will have many more questions about this program. Thanks for your help.

This may be a crazy question but how do I uninstall it when it isn't installed? I downloaded it but it will not let me install it. How do I get it out of the folder? It does not show up in my programs to be able to add or remove the program. I need help with this, Thanks

I am have downloaded Inkscape, but now I can't get it to install, an error message comes up something about already in folder? doesn't make sense to me. Help?

I have the US Cutter MH 721 with SignBlazer trial version of software. I have tried to cut a logo or a graphic and it cut like an abstract instead of the actual design. No curves all straight lines. It didn't look the same as the original. I had figiured out the monochrome button ( I thought) to vectorize it but it looked very weird compared to the original. Any ideas? I have had this since Nov 2008 and learn as I go in the middle of all of the other things I have going in my business. My question is how do you cut the logos and images with the Sign Blazer trial version software? If that is not possible do I need to upgrade the software to the full version? If so How do I do that? Where do I do that? Is there other software such as Flexi, compatible with this cutter? I just need to be able to cut from customers artwork and need to know how to do it and I haven't had an abundance of time to explore and play with the program enough. Any help would be appreciated. After reading through the other peoples questions and watching it run, it was not on track. I got it on track and of course it is much better. I did still have alittle problem with it not cutting all the way through on a couple of letters but it was much better. I also found out the blade was in the wrong spot. It is picking up some of the vinyl as it cuts and missing some spots on a few letters. Any suggetsions? Thanks so much for your help, Alicia

I purchased my US Cutter on November 24, 2008. Was so busy didn't even get it out of the box until late December or January. Had never used a cutter before, finally got it going and somewhat figured out how to cut and cut out a few really cool items. I had a problem with the cutter cutting through the vinyl and the backing, had to stop it in the middle of the design and it hasn't cut right since. It will cut the right side of the design and not cut all of the letters completely through. It outlines and if I am really careful I can finish them with an Exact-O knife. It was doing great. I have tried new blades, changing the length of the blade. It cut great at first. Is there any suggestions to get this cutter cutting great again. I also went from a small force setting to almost the highest to cut the same vinyl. I have the US Cutter MH721, 24-25" I was using USB but it acted up to much went to I think the serial port (comm), still using Signblazer trial software and am using a windows XP operating system. The vinyl I need to cut is t-shirt vinyl, Stahls, ThermaGrip, this is a heavier vinyl started out using 90-100 force to cut this vinyl, now I am using 380-400 to cut it. Any ideas? Baseball and Softball season is coming up and I had hoped to use this alot this year. I'd appreciate any help I can get for this. Thanks so much Alicia
