Have you adjusted your blade offset so that it is cutting good? Tried slowing your cutter down? less blade? a drop of oil in the blade holder? blade spinning freely? No vinyl in the blade holder? Carriage head wheels firmly in the track?

MZ SKEETER 4,709 Posted April 22, 2011 sorry flexi 8.5 ok in Flexi 8.5 enter something on your main layout. just a letter will work. > click File> cut. Go to the upper left corner where it says PROPERTIES, and click it. You get default job properties page. At the top click on the picture that looks like a blade go half way down and set your blade offset, it is in inches. Click apply ok.

MZ SKEETER 4,709 Posted April 22, 2011 you can keep adjusting it to get sharp corners. Just do some test cuts using your vinyl cutter on some scrap vinyl.
