I have never aligned the cutter with a pen, because the offset is totally different, a pen offset is 0, a blade offset is approx .25mm use some scrap vinyl and your blade/blade holder. You will get there quicker. Just run the test cuts, that your cutter does, until they look good and sharp. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
