Cutter not dropping down to cut

I'm about to pull my hair out.

I've had problem after problem.

The latest is the plotter cuts out a couple letters and then the blade stays up as the plotter

finishes running thinking that it's cutting.

I came to this board because i am having a simular problem. Only difference is my blade never drops down but the plotter seems to think its cutting. I also noticed the "suction fan" never comes on either. I had this problem about a week ago. I unplugged the machine and plugged it back in. It worked for a week now its doing the same thing except unplugging and plugging back in isnt resolving the problem The big problem is i have a lot of work that is supposed to be out today....guess that wont happen
