Just bumping a very old thread to say that my problem was the blade holder.

I came to this board because i am having a simular problem. Only difference is my blade never drops down but the plotter seems to think its cutting. I also noticed the "suction fan" never comes on either. I had this problem about a week ago. I unplugged the machine and plugged it back in. It worked for a week now its doing the same thing except unplugging and plugging back in isnt resolving the problem The big problem is i have a lot of work that is supposed to be out today....guess that wont happen

I have read a few post where their cutter is not completing cuts. I am having the same problem with no luck. This makes the vinyl almost impossible to weed. I am using a desktop and com1. I have readjusted the blade and played around with the offset with no luck. The cut seems to curve away from where it started so it never completes. Any sugestions would be greatly appreciated.
