Graphic ic CS4 not coming in to SignCut correct

I run a art department for a large printing company... I know Illustrator.

I am new to sign graphics, but some changes are happening when I bring the graphic into Sign Cut.

I have gone back and ungrouped etc, and it changed elements. But I am not getting in SignCut what

I have in illustrator. Please any help is appreciated.

I have saved diffrent ways, put on layers done select all, but I am at a loss.

File is to large to attach. I can send by Usendit etc.

Try saving the design in as an older version of AI, like AI 8.0.

I have just saved it back to "8". I have also flattened the layers.

The cutter is not here, so I will have to let you know how it works later.

The file is correct, I do not understand what gives
