Brushman 0 Posted March 12, 2011 I just received a new US Cutter ECO 24. Unfortunately, all the videos seem to address every cutter EXCEPT for the ECO cutters. I have downloaded the driver and Signblazer software, but Signblazer doesn't seem to recognize the ECO 24. Can anyone help!!!!??? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Call support you may need to use another cutter like the mh series cutter. Also check your operating system to make sure that it is compatiable with the cutter, and the com port is the same as selected for the cutter. Dan Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
