saving document on sign blazer question..

i want to email my  customer the art work for approval but they dont have signblazer so they can not open the file. How could i save it as a jpeg or anything that will open. I even try to open it on my photoshop but it does not recognize that type of file. please help....

Click file then export, on the bottom you can choose what format to export as.
