smallTIMER 21 Posted December 10, 2010 I bought an EcoCut as a just in case backup cutter for $320 with the stand. This was about 10 days ago. Now they have lowered the price to $280 with the stand. I emailed them with a support ticket and they are stating that they cannot offer me a price guarantee and refund me the difference. Now I understand that they are not obligated to do this, but pretty much every other company I have worked with has offered a 30-day low price guarantee on their products. "Caveat emptor" I always expect to pay a little more when I buy without some serious pre sale negotiating with a live body.
