Connection method (USB, serial, Parallel)--USB

Software (Signcut, Artcut, Flexi, etc)--Flexicut 8.6 v2

Operating system--Vista

Material--Oracal vinyl 651

Not having a problem, just I'm about to buy a laptop, and the one I want is running Windows 7 Home premium, which is a 64 bit operating system.  I was on phone with tech support with other issues last week and they were wanting to make sure I was running a 32 bit system here on the desktop.  My question is, what do I need to do to run my cutter and Flexi v 8.6 on the new windows with 64 bit system?  Do I need a new cord or something?  I'm pretty confused here.....
