Refine MH 1351 - Cutting Wrong

I have a Refine 1351 and have had it for over three years now and haven't ever had this problem before. I use Illustrator CS2 with a CutStudio plugin to cut on my machine.

My vinyl is loaded straight but its cutting as if it isn't. My main problem is the little circles inside the e's or other small letters. They are totally placed off to the side and in the wrong spot and I can't figure out why its doing this but I've sure wasted a whole lot of vinyl today. At first I just thought I needed to get my vinyl straight, but it is straight and still doing the same thing every single time! HELP! Any ideas or suggestions?

I would try cutting from a different program to see if that works, but its been so long I don't even know what software came with my machine (did any?), I can't find anything else on my computer and I wouldn't even know how to import my file from Illustrator anyhow.

Any takers on this problem for me??
