ADD ME TO THE LIST- MY MH721 JUST DIED TOO!

Well after babysitting this thing all day, and getting the job done, I turned it off. When I turned it back on the cutter is dead. I have the same problem as some of the other guys are having. Welcome screen only . If I put slight pressuer on the cutter head and puhs it against the red button it will reset to speed and cut pressure, but the head will not move. Pressing the test gives me vinyl movement only no head movement.

I can't find a phone number to call so I e mailed them. Lets see how long it takes.
