Nu Image 2 Posted October 3, 2010 Hey all, I have a Summa t series cutter. I just changed the blade in it. Now all of a sudden when I am cutting stuff it doesn't complete some of the cuts. It worked fine before I changed the blade. Now it just randomly doesn't complete cuts in different areas of my project. If I cut two of something it doesn't cut in the same exact area on both. Any ideas. Tony
CRD 9 Posted October 5, 2010 I just own a Summa too D series but did not changed a blade yet. Is this blade the original factory blade? Does the offset is the same? Paco
Smacka-Yak 0 Posted November 29, 2010 That can happen when you get a different blade angle then the one you had originally... I have to check for the actual angles available, and do not feel like it right now, but I do recall you can get different degree angle blades. There will be somewhere in your software to make needed change in that setting. I do not know where in the package you use but I have it called Plotter compensation. Look for an adjustment for sharp angle or get a manual for the setting area for what software you use.
