ddvrom 0 Posted September 30, 2010 I have a MH-871 and OSX and Signcut. I have a large, 46"x120" sign I want to cut, so it will have to be tiled. The thing is we want to use the reverse- IE not the actual letters themselves but the background with the letters cut out of it- However every time I try to let signcut tile the image, it keeps overlapping the panels and cutting letters out of the previous panel along the edge. Anyone ever tried this kind of application? Do I just need to tile it myself in Illustrator and then print each tile seperately? Also wondering if once I get to this point I am leaving a nightmare for myself in terms of applying it to the window dry, trying to line up seams and so forth. thanks! MZ SKEETER 4,709 Posted September 30, 2010 can't you turn off the tile overlap feature in Signcut? just so it will butt up to the next tile. just make it 0, I don't use Signcut, but have it downloaded to help out. I see it is a feature.
