This is the image logo fo the school where my wife works, what are the odds of getting this vectorized well enough to cut?

you could make that very easy, Heck I wish I had to make it. just a shield, cross, straight strips of vinyl, stars, then even fog it with paint for your gradient.

Here is my take on it.  You lose the gradients unless  you are going to airbrush it, so you might have to play with the colors.  I didn't have the right font for the A either so if you can find it, you could just drop it in there.

Graphics with fades are hard to translate into cut vinyl.  I just drew it the way I would try to cut it.

That looks great guys.  I am not looking to do the color gradients, I am just going to cut some "Proud Parents of so and So, with the outline logo.
