Signcut Cutter Settings

I've got a MH365 and I'm running xp. I just had to replace my motherboard and now its not cutting. I have the "use windows serial settings" box checked. Thats what I've always had. Now, when I hit cut out, the progress box pops up and the time just keeps going up.

Any thoughts?

run thru the newbie manual under instructional contributions and put in a support ticket before they go home for the day!
