US Refine Cutter on Windows 7

Can anyone please help, I have a US cutter that was working on Win XP but I now have a Windows 7 system and can't get it to work. I've tried all the drivers on the discs etc and I'm using the USB to Serial. In device manager it's saying "This device cannot start. (Code 10)" can anyone please help with this?

start here with the  newbie manual.  download on page 1  download the drivers from this site,  not off the disc.    Personally,  I would leave the cutter on XP,  if at all possible.  I only purchase XP computers.  more stable., and cheap.  You should leave your cutter connected to a dedicated computer, So it is plugged in all the time.
