Need some help from those that sell wholesale to the trade please

I had a sign place contact me that is far enough away yet close enough, to work with each other. He'd like me to give him some pricing for vinyl work if he contracted out to me for some of his biz. I'd love to help him but I'm clueless about how to figure wholesale pricing to the trade. You don't have to post here, would appreciate you sending me a message about how you went about figuring your prices for vinyl work so I can put something together for him and email it out. This will all be RTA vinyl. If you can explain how you figured it and perhaps give me some examples that would be a HUGE help.
