good deal found in NC for banners

i wish i could drive up there but cant so i am gonna pass this along. in raleigh NC, got a guy selling LG solvent banner material 13 oz, it is 2 years old so may just want to use to put vinyl on as printing capabilities may have degraded. they are 39 inch wide and 50 yards. he has 13 rolls and i got him to sell it for $20 each if you buy all 13!!!!!  i have never bought banner but im pretty sure this is a killer deal.
